Why do you need staff training?

Staff training is an important factor in the success of your restaurant. Even if customers eat the same food at the same restaurant for the same price, their reputation can change depending on the service provided by the staff. It is said that restaurants that take staff training too easily do not improve their reputation.

So how and in which areas should be trained? Simply put, it is for the staff to think and act on how to provide service that fits the concept, with heart and soul, and how to make customers happy. We are willing to share our years of experience with you to improve your restaurant.

What kind of training will I receive?

Staff training is for a maximum of 10 people.

The training session lasts approximately two hours and the content is decided after a discussion with the owner, depending on the type of training the owner would like to receive.

Your staff know how to serve customers, and all owners know how to serve their customers, but if you do it the same way as everyone else, you won’t make a good impression on your customers.  Our service training focuses on how to exceed customer expectations so that we can provide better service than other restaurants.
